We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ruben Lopez on Dec 23rd, 2022 at the age of 53.
He was born on August 27th, 1969 in Mexico City. He attended Galileo High School in San Francisco and held several positions in the service industry over the years. Ruben was a kind human being. He will be remembered for his generosity, his great sense of humor, his devotion to the 49ers, his love of fishing, his adoration of his dog Deebo, and for being a beloved friend to all who knew him.
He is survived by his two sisters Blanca Threadgould and Margarita Lopez, as well as brother-in-law John Threadgould, and niece Michelle Threadgould.
